We employ encrypted session cookies and telemetry trackers essential for maintaining our secure, zero-latency environments. By accessing the Bespoke Infrastructure gateway, you consent to our monitoring protocols. These protocols are explicitly designed to ensure our 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA), authenticate administrative access, and prevent unauthorized network incursions.

Unless otherwise stated in a finalized Master Service Agreement (MSA), Bespoke Infrastructure owns the intellectual property rights for all staging architectures, AI conversational frameworks, and proprietary deployment code.

Prior to final project handoff, you must not:
• Reverse-engineer or replicate our custom web architectures.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license the AI concierge configurations.
• Redistribute secure staging links to unauthorized third parties.

Full ownership of the deployed ecosystem transfers to the client only upon clearance of the final deployment invoice.

We architect the infrastructure; you provide the payload. Bespoke Infrastructure assumes zero liability for the corporate data, media, or user-generated content hosted within the ecosystems we deploy. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bespoke Infrastructure against all claims, regulatory breaches, or legal actions arising from your data payloads, industry non-compliance, or unauthorized modifications made to the server environment by your internal team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable corporate law, we exclude all generalized warranties relating to the use of this gateway. Furthermore, while our autonomous systems utilize state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs), Bespoke Infrastructure is not liable for upstream outages caused by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section govern all liabilities arising under the agreement, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty. Post-deployment, Bespoke Infrastructure's liability is strictly limited to the technical maintenance outlined in the active Ecosystem Retainer.
